(CMSI), a technology company connecting web-based marketing to telephone-centered revenues, announced the appointment of Mr. Venkata Majeti as Chairman of the Board and Mr. George Harris as President and Chief Operating Officer. Venkata Majeti brings with him 15 years of communications software, product design, and organizational development skills and George Harris contributes 25 years of accounting, financing, and service provider operations experience to the CMSI team.

Venkata Majeti is the Founder and Chairman of Cadant, Inc., a leading supplier of carrier-class CMTS product to the cable industry. In a period of two years, Mr. Majeti grew Cadant to a team of 150 employees and raised $50 million in capital from individual and angel investors including Venrock Associates, JP Morgan Partners, Comdisco, KB Partners, and WorldWide Associates. Prior to founding Cadant, Mr. Majeti was instrumental in the engineering and development of digital switching, cable modem and DSL technologies. Mr. Harris previously held various planning and operational positions with AT&T.
